We owned our land in Rough & Ready for more than 15 years. Part of it was burned in the 49er fire. All of it was covered with thick vegetation that made it difficult to envision a home site that would take advantage of the panoramic view.
Thanks to Mark's guidance, we retained the services of a talented grading contractor, who developed a wonderful building site and driveway. As soon as the excavation work was completed, Mark brought us a full-priced offer.

We were under deadline pressure to buy a home and we were just starting our search. It was May 12th and our home in the Bay Area was in escrow. We had to be moved out by June 7th.
Mark committed himself to finding us the right home, previewing dozens of properties, and doing everything he could to help us avoid a "double move." He found us a wonderful home in GrassValley and he helped us beat two competing offers.
